We would love for you to serve at one of our local mission opportunities helping people from our community.

 

Prodisee Food Pantry:  Located in the Prodisee center of the church, the food pantry is open on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to Noon.  Each week the pantry serves 250-400 people with their food needs.  The pantry also refers people to the Red Cross and other agencies depending on their need.  The pantry can always use help greeting people, sorting food, unloading food trucks, loading food into cars on Tuesday, counseling participants, and other areas of need.  If you're interested in serving at the pantry contact Deann Servos through email at servosfamily@bellsouth.net

 

The Uniform Closet:  People from all over the community donate their used school uniforms for needy families in the area.  There is a need each week for the uniform orders to be filled and sorted so that they can be given to the needy families.  Faye Hill is in charge of running the uniform closet.  She always has a need for volunteers and would welcome any help that you could give.  You can reach Faye through email at hillfa@bellsouth.net
